While all files can be found in the Document Center, they can also be added or associated to Patient and Payment pages for quick reference.
NOTE: Documents cannot currently be transmitted with claims, and are uploaded to the billing software for clerical purposes only. If you have additional documentation you may have to print the claim and mail with your documents.
NOTE: Multiple files added at the same time will be added to the same document: if you want them to be individually uploaded, you'll need to individually upload and save the documents
Patient Files
Navigate to the Patient's Page
In the lower left of the page, select the Files button
Select the file(s) to be uploaded
Either Click-and-Drag the file(s) you want to upload, or
Click the Upload box to select files
Follow the prompts to add Document Details
Save New Document
To Edit any Document information after upload, navigate to the document in the Document Center
Payment Files
Navigate to the Payment's Page
In the upper right of the page, select the yellow Files button
Select the file(s) to be uploaded
Either Click-and-Drag the file(s) you want to upload, or
Click the Upload box to select files
Follow the prompts to add Document Details
Save New Document
To Edit any Document information after upload, navigate to the document in the Document Center
Claim Files
Navigate to the Claim's Page
In the upper left of the page, select the yellow Files button
Select the file(s) to be uploaded
Either Click-and-Drag the file(s) you want to upload, or
Click the Upload box to select files
Follow the prompts to add Document Details
Save New Document
To Edit any Document information after upload, navigate to the document in the Document Center
